Ok. This is baby #3 for me so I should know the ropes... but this has me stumped. I feel like Im constipated and have to go number 2. I have been crampy with terrible lower back pain for over an hour and a half and tried going to the restroom twice and cld only go a little. I guess my concern is that It might be more than me having to go to the restroom... the cramps and back pain are terrible. Im 24 weeks but on vacation and dont want to drive an hour to the hospital for them to say im fine and just had to go!

If it was me I would go to be on the safe side. When I have to go I am not crampy just have to push.

I'd drink water and lay down for an hour and see how you feel. When I can't fully empty my bowels I feel crampy and have back pain

you might have a blockage of some sort. I don't recommend trying to force or push cause you'll get a hamorroid as you may know. happened to my roommates baby mama [I hate her, but i learned from her]
I think going to the hospital to have it checked is probably smart even if they say nothing is wrong they can give you something to fix it. if there is PAIN involved it has potential to be something bad and the old saying "better safe then sorry" comes into play, specially when pregnant.
