Here are some quick tips on getting the rest you need:
- Try a pregnancy pillow to help support your body and keep yourself comfortable in bed
- Some pregnant moms sleep better in an upright position
- Be sure to unwind before bed, with a relaxing bath or shower, a good book, some yoga exercises, or a cup of tea or milk
- If you are experiencing severe sleep issues, be sure to check with your doctor before trying any sleep medication while pregnant

I have a horrible time sleeping and haven't found a solution yet.
I sleep about 6-8hrs a night, usually of broken sleep (the longer I sleep the more often I get up during the night/longer I stay up each time). Been like this since I was like 10 so it's not a big issue.
The real question is if I'm sleeping too much. If I wake up before 10 (sometimes later) I have a huge migraine.
