That wears Adult diapers after a vaginal delivery? I bleed alot, and they don't leak...other women think I'm crazy....and i only wear them for a few days till the bleeding slows down enough for regular pads

I use them for a week. I hate getting blood on my underwear and sheets.

I didn't need to wear them with the first one, just used a heavy pad.  I would use them though if I thought I needed them.  I don't think you are crazy at all!  You gotta do what you gotta do!

Same here...but I had c-sections and may have bled more than a vaginal delivery

Quoting lillucky8:

I just used the huge pads and fancy undies the hospital supplied, they gave me a ton to take home also
