Healthy Pregnancy Challenge Day 4: Drink Up!
Staying hydrated is essential during your pregnancy.
Swelling and even braxton hicks contractions can become more of an issue if you are dehydrated- so make sure you are getting plenty of water to drink!
- Are you drinking water everyday?
- Do you drink the recommended 6-8 ounces a day of water?
- If your little one has arrived already, tell us how you did with drinking water when you were pregnant.

I am constantly drinking water. I have a 28oz water bottle and refill it about 3-4 times a day. I have refused to let myself get dehydrated in this crazy heat.
I walk around with a bottle of water attached to one hand all day...lol.
Water is pretty much all I can drink do to medical problems before pregnancy!
Milk occasionally. But I drink a lot of water.
In Ontario Canada it has been over 30degrees most of the spring and summer with humidity on top of that- so staying hydrated is important.
I drink so much water! I love drinking water so I have no problem in that department. =)
