I cannot believe my amazing post baby body (10 days after giving birth) pics included

Edit *
I had minimal bleeding, but i also have a 2 yr old and I notices that when I would carry him I would start bleeding again so I am trying to avoid it as much as possible
I think my current weight is 140
I had just gotten back to my post pregnancy weight of 135 when I became pregnant with #2 a year and a month after having #1
My first pregnancy I gained 48 lbs
This pregnancy I gained 25
She was born on her due date
I'm not trying to brag I am just astonished at my body's recovery
It was NOT like this the first time
I had a vaginal delivery both times
Here is my "SECRET"
1) tandem nursing
2) placenta pills
And 3) GENES GENES GENES (thanks mom)
*i had my placenta encapsulated
They rinse it and steam it and then dehydrate it and grind it and place it in pills which u then take 3x a day for the first 2 weeks
I had baby blues with my first so we decided to try this and it is amazing, I know it's weird if u have never heard of it but I recommend/suggest it 100% to everyone!
I added like 8 pics on page 2 & 3 ;)
***Like I said the process is rather simple, there are videos on YouTube on how to do it but personally I'll let a "professional" handle it.
1) you have to have the hospital release the placenta to u as soon as it is delivered, keep in ice and pass it off the the pro (the placenta CANNOT go to pathology or else it cannot be encapsulated) I had meconium when my water broke but baby was fine and we were still able to encapsulate except we couldn't do the raw method and vegan pills for that reason we had to do the Chinese warm healing method, where the placenta is steamed with ginger and lemon)
2) they rinse it
3) they steam it
4) they dehydrate it for a day
5) they grind it
And 6) they place the now powder textured placenta in capsules
Which u store in a cool place like ur fridge depending on weather
Quite easy ;)
***^*^Average is about $250
Depends on location
They will charge more I they have to drive out to pick it up
Depends if u get it done at ur house or theirs
Also if u want a placenta imprint it goes up
Or if u want a keepsake cord heart
Or if u give a deposit 48 hours prior to ur due date to confirm the persons availability then it's a bit cheaper (very important)
Mine was $230 best $230 I have ever spent

How are you in a bikini 7 days after birth? I bled a lot longer.
You look good, though. I bounced back like that (but not that small) with my first and a bit with my second. My body blew me off after 3 and 4. LOL

Seriously. My abs were like 'Screw you. The average family size in America is 2. That's all I signed on for, lady!'
