Go talk to your doc.
I can only seem to think you leaked colostrum and it dried...

Wipe it off with a damp rag...Or inquire about it with your doc. Odd that your nipples are falling off lol...it's probably just dried discharge.

This. It happened to me when I stopped BFíng. Mine was milk, yours is likely colostrum. No worries! YOu may have to scrub a bit firmer to get it all off. It means everything is working perfectly! :-)

This would be my guess as well. If the colostrum leaks out then dries on your nipples this can definitely happen. Wash it off and it should be a problem unless there is an infection of some sort. You may want to look into wearing breast pads to keep them drier.

This lol

It could be colostrum (white/yellow when dried) that has lint from your bras/shirts or something in it making it look green.

It's normal to be able to pick it off. I'm sure your nipple isn't falling off :)

Its colostrum, you have nothing to worry about. I started getting that before 20 weeks with all 4 of my pregnancies, just means your breasts are working and getting ready to feed your little one.

They're fine.  Like the others said, it's probably just colostrum.

I would def. go to your dr. the sooner the better. I had a fungal thing while breast feeding my son and I was able to keep goig bit was hard during that time. My nipple had a while type of stuff and were like raw looking. See your dr. I am sure some sort of cream will clear it up and you will be able to breastfeed : )

Not sure what you are talking about but you need to see your doc I think(my opinion). I have never heard of that and I have been pregnant 8 times. I would get it checked out just to make sure everything is ok.
