Long overdue Quad Mom update! 24 Wks

Hi Ladies, I know it's been awhile and things got a little hectic, so here goes.  The pictures above are me with the hubby at our 24 weeks (maternity session).  My sis in law wanted to do them a little later, like end of Septemberish.  However, my body said think again!  :)

At 22 weeks, we had an appt for ultrasound and to measure cervix.  It dropped from being 3-4 everytime (good) to being 2.13 (not so good).  So they scheduled us for a week later and it measured in at 1.5, even more not good.  They sent us to the hospital for monitoring.  They determined that I was 1 cm dilated, at which I panicked, but they reassured me that I could stay that way for a long time.  They checked to see if I was having contractions, I was having some but they must have determined they weren't severe enough.  I also got steroid injections in my hip/butt area (OUCH) for the babies lungs.  Lucky for me I convinced them to let me go home for my baby shower.  I then did bed rest at home for the week.  We went back in Friday 8/17 and found that cervix shortened to 1.0!  So back to the hospital for permanent bed rest until babies arrive.  So far, they are monitoring mommy and babies and heart rates are still great with them and mommy hasn't changed.  Dr wants us to make it to 28 weeks and after that 32 weeks.  They will continue to monitor!  I am now 25 weeks and 5 days.  Babies last weights were: A= 1 lb 12 oz B= 1lb 7 oz C= 1 lb 4 oz and D= 1lb 2 oz.
