My husband and a friend are wanting to plan a baby shower for me. We are currently expecting our 4th child but it will be our 2nd boy(DS1 is 10 yrs old). We don't have anything left from our first(clothes wise) and will be getting the bare minimum furniture wise. Since DH is working and going to school full time, he asked that I help with ideas on snacks/food and games(or just overall, what to do at a baby shower). We are needing to do it cheaply. Here is what I know so far: we are planning it for Dec 1 around 1-2pm. Other than that, I have no clue. Can someone help me please?? TIA

Is the shower going to be co-ed?
I made my own games similar to the ones below. My mom and aunt are cooking the food...pasta and meatballs, fruit and tossed salad and we ordered the rolls and cake from a bakery. I did all my prizes from bath and body works really cheep cause I watched for the sales and had coupons.

Maybe a winter theme might be fun? Snowmen and snowflakes for decorations- baby snowmen being the focus since it's a little boy and a baby shower of course :)
There are some cute ideas in these links:
