Wat can i do about the stretch feel in ur pelvic area while pregnant this is my second pregnancy nnd it hurts everytime i roll over or open my legs...

This is my 5th. With my 2nd i felt like i hurt so bad in my hips and all....What i found that helps was to do the dvd called "the perfect pregnancy workout vol 3:bellydancing" it has saved me. I would be in so much pain i would not be able to walk

What i did was squat down like the guys do and sit like that for as long as you can handle it. It gives more room for baby to move as well.
