i am currently 26 weeks and 4 days pregnant and i noticed my feet are pretty badly swollen today i have had a hard time with high blood pressure even b4 pregnancy but lately it has been controlled by medicine im not sure weather i should go to l&d or see if the swelling goes down any advice

You could call the nurses station at the hospital if it doesn't go away.
