As baby gets bigger there's less room in there to move around. How long has it been since you've felt her? Have you tried drinking some orange juice and laying on your side?

My doc told me to lay down in a quite dark room drink water our maybe something sweet. If you get 10 kicks in an hour it should bee fine. G/L and a always if its concerns you call and ask your ON

Try drinking a cold soda and lay down for a bit. If you still don't feel anything in an hour. Go in and get checked out. How long has it been since you felt her?

If you haven't felt any movement at all, go to L&D and get her checked out!!

Lay on your side and drink ice cold orange juice or something else cold and sweet. If you don't feel her move in 15 minutes after poking your belly you should go and be seen.

I hope she is just sleepy and growing.

I had chocolate and cold orange about 10 mins ago but I still don't feel her moving and she usually moves when her dad talks to my belly but I was having him do it skittle bit ago and noting I'm really worried
