ok so this is my sisters 9 weeks ultrasound and this is what she sees obviously baby is on bottom but the shadow on top that looks like a baby what is that igzactly is that another baby or can anyone tell me i am really wandering if thats two babys and the other you just cant see well anyone who can tell me please help

this is a better photo to where you can see the shadow or 2nd baby on top we cant figure out what it is
