No unless she's really badly need to be soothed and nothing else is working. My first two never really took it.

I used to be against it... but I will take dd2's lead. Her sister loved hers, and it never messed with bf, like I thought it would...

I'm not sure yet. I plan on breast feeding and I've read that pacifiers can mess up the baby's latch.

Yep. I wish i had used one more w dd. Maybe she wouldnt have had as many sleep issues. Ds likes his to settle and then spits it out to sleep.

Yep. My boys loved theirs but got rid of it before they were even 6 months. And I breast fed my second while he had his no problems.
