Ive been having super bad back pain and now lower abdominal pain its sorta rythmic but im not all that sure ..... what should i do ? Im 29 weeks pregnant almost 30

Its sharp like period pains it last a min or soand i feel a pulsating feeling now and it comes and goes but the back pain is constant and its so painful
