Pregnancy Pregnancy

Does the mucus plug replenish itself?

I'm currently pregnant with my 4th and last child.
I am twenty weeks and two days.
I have started losing bits of gooey clear faintly yellow mucus.
I've heard other people say they lost theirs during their entire pregnancy.
Does it really replenish itself or should I be worried?
It looks just like the mucus plug did when I lost it with my other three, but
smaller.

Yes it constantly replenishes itself, even in labor.

Yep :). I've lost chunks throughout this pregnancy(yuck) and it will regenerate.

Yup long as you don't lose it all at once

Yup it does, I lost big and small pieces and some with blood for 5 weeks with my third. Never saw it with my first two.
