Less movement

I'm 36 weeks, been breech for over a month. Friday I have an ultrasound to see if they want to try and turn him. He hasn't budged for weeks. Seems like he tries, but never gets completely around. Not sure why. He's not huge, my belly is tiny, but I'm only 5'2 so maybe that's why?
Anyway, there has been a LOT less movement today. I feel him, and I've checked his heart rate, but hes just barely active. Should I be concerned? I don't want to freak over nothing.

Did you do a kick count? They start to run out of room and movements may decrease. If I were you I'd do a kick count and go from there.

Would I be able to do it with the same expectations since he's breech? Usually he just pushes up with his head, but not today...
