How often should I feel baby moving??

I'm 28w3d. I'm a little worried (and probably for no reason), but I thought I would ask here.

Baby girl hasn't been as active as normal. Yesterday there was very little movement. Just a little after I ate lunch. So far today, she hasnt really moved around at all. I ate some toast and an orange for breakfast. I did just feel a little movement as I was typing, but no kicks.

Is this normal? I can't remember how often I felt my other two move around. Lol. That makes me feel awful. How often should I feel whet moving?

I was told to drink something cold and sweet and then lay down in a quiet room for 30 minutes. In that time you should feel some kind of movement. Hope this helps!
