How soon after having a vaginal birth can i start to exercise? I really want to tone my tummy back.

I would ask your doctor, you dont want to damage something and have to wait longer!

I was told two weeks for me, starting with very light exercise (walks).

My doc said I could do what I felt up to
everyone is different so some ladies need more down time
Just start off slow because you don't want to over do it

Most docs say 6-8 weeks for high impact but its up to your body and how it heals

I wouldn't until you've had time to heal. Give yourself at least 6-8 weeks. You want your bleeding to stop and you want your uterus to finish healing completely (just because you stop bleeding doesn't mean you're healed).
