Looks like it. I did that after I had dd and the swelling started to go down. It wasn't that bad and you don't look swollen, though.

I know..my ankles are swollen but other then that they aren't too bad. I just woke up and I can't imagine what kind of pressure could have caused a dent this big.

It's called pitting edema. It is swelling from excess fluid. Keep your feet up, and let your doctor know. It doesn't take a lot of pressure to make pit marks when you're swollen.

This. But if swelling get's too bad it's a sign of preeclampsia, so get it checked out by your doctor.

It can be a sign of pre e but doesnt have to be, i had it very bad during my first pregancy but no other signs of pre e at all

Call your dr first thing in the am. Looks like one of the pre-e symptoms.
