Is vaporub safe to use during pregnancy?

I am almost 34 weeks, and my blessed holiday treat was a cold from my kids. I don't medicate except for honey, salty chicken broth, and liquids. Won't even take Tylenol. Just wondering if vaporub is ok.

Not sure. Never thought about asking because it doesn't have to be ingested. I would think that it's safe to use on a baby it's safe to use while pregnant. Hope you feel better! I've been dealing with a chest cold since Christmas Day.

Of course vaporub is safe.... Its topical and the menthol is not absorbed.

For me it eases sore throat pain. I boil water, add chicken bouillon cubes, and salt to taste.

I also use Hershey's chocolate as an expectorant. ;)
