I am having sever pain and cramps. I can barley lift my legs to walk. I'm almost 22 weeks and I am having a lot of pressure in my groin area. I did not feel like this till I was in labor with my first is this just nerve pain or should I be checked? Please ask if you have questions

I'm not one to EVER recommend an ER, I think they are grossly overused and people misunderstand the true meaning of the word "emergency"....that said-
This ABSOLUTELY sounds like an emergency to me and you should go get checked. You should not be feeling like you're in labor (I'm assuming you felt real labor, not discomfort and got an epidural by a few centimeters) at a mere 22 weeks.
