Aside from the typical crackers, bread and glass of milk. Is there anything else that I could do like home remedies for the horrible episodes of nausea that I have been having?

sucking on sour things tends to help...such as lemon heads. They also have mommy pops at places like babies r us. spearmint helps as does peppermint. good luck!
