What is this? @ 5 weeks!

I am 5w today, and for a few days I have been feeling my uterus tighten up (comparatively feels like braxton hicks) and today there has been pressure (almost what it feels like when it's time to push out a baby) and feels like my insides are gonna drop out. There is no pain associated with this and no blood. This is my 7th pregnancy. Anyone have insight or experience with this? It has never happened to me before..

I would call your doctor. That sounds like what I experienced before one of my mc's. It could be nothing, but better to be safe. Please call or go in.

I don' t have a doc, I'm using a midwife but my 1st appt isn't until the end of Feb. Just wondering if other women had this happen.

I can relate to the tightness. I always have that in early pregnancy. The pressure is maybe from bloating? Things moving around/growing in there?

I've been experiencing this. The pressure started fairly early, but the tightening didn't start till 3 days ago. I'm 12 weeks.

I have had these pains.. I am now almost 10 weeks with a healthy pregnancy.. my dr told me they were round ligament pains from my uterus expanding. Good luck :D

I know the BH crazy early is normal when you've had that many.
