Totally normal. If you have a desk job make sure you take walks every so often to get your blood moving, stretch throughout the day and put your feet up when you can and be sure to stay hydrated and eat regularly to avoid dizziness and dehydration. Increased water intake may help with the cramping. Last pregnancy I had such bad back pain/sciatica by the end there were days that I spent my lunch break laying on my boss' office floor for relief. Hang in there mama.
I agree with the other poster. Totally normal. I worked through both my pregnancies (twin and single) and by the end of the day in the office I'd be just cooked. Try to take walk breaks, stretch, drinkg TONS of water, and do eat snacks. And put your feet up if / when you can.
