Does anyone have any advice on how to make it more bearable? I find the flavor of the unflavored to be absolutely unbearable. It makes me gag so bad I'm afraid I will vomit. There is no way I can drink an 8 oz glass of water with 1 tbsp in it.
I was told to start the supplement by my midwife. I don't mind eating my veggies. I LOVE eating raw veggies, I just don't get enough in my life.
Any ways to trick yourself into taking it?
