Has anyone had realy bad headachs during there pregnancy and how did you deal with then

I've had them a few times this pregnancy, in fact I had one today. Usually caffeine helps so I'll have a cup of coffee or a soda. Today coffee didn't help so I took a Tylenol and ate something and it slowly went away. It is always hit or miss what will help it go away.
I have one right now that ive had all morning and it wont go away im thinking abt calling the dr :/
