I'm not overweight, but many heavier women do feel baby move later.
Especially if you have a lot of belly fat, as it surrounds your organs.

With my first felt him at 20 weeks. with this one I'm very over weight 216 and felt it move at 15 weeks. I think I might have felt it move earlier but not too sure

You have to remember every pregnancy is different. No matter what your weight is. My SIL is as skinny as a rail and never feel hers till 20-23 weeks. I am a plus size girl and felt my earlier each time. 16/17 weeks, 12 weeks and 10 weeks.

It has a lot to do with where baby is, plancenta is, uteruse is and other factors can come into play.

I was around your size my first pregnancy and he barely ever moved. I'm a little heavier now and this one is constantly moving! It really depends on the pregnancy. Around 22 to 24 weeks is when my little guy really got moving for me.

I don't think it's true that bigger women feel the baby move later. I was 14 weeks with my first daughter and was 180 lbs. with my 2nd, I was 11-12 weeks along and about 200 lbs. I'm the same weight now and I swear I've already felt little flutters.  You should have felt the baby by 19 weeks, maybe he/she is moving and you just don't recognize it?

I am a plus size women and I have felt flutters now at sixteen weeks. Not every plus size person feels their child later to me that is pretty much a myth. I think its more how many pregnancies in

With my now 14 year old I was tiny, well around 120 pds, but the weird thing is now I am 38 weeks with my second, and around 210 myself, and I have felt much more movement with this pregnancy, just give it a few more weeks and the activity should pick up:) and congrats.
