Pregnancy Pregnancy

heart broken

Went in for my seven week ultrasound today, was so excited to see our twins but sadly I was told I have a non viable pregnancy and they will not survive. My husband and I are devestated this was our first pregnancy and now instead of looking forward to our next scan we have to decide to either let my body go through a natural miscarriage or have a operation to remove the sacs. I just want our babies!

Honey, I'm so sorry! I would let them go naturally. Why did doc say they weren't viable? Did they still have heartbeats? Doctors can be very wrong at this point in the game if your dates are off.

Before making that decison go see a doctor who deals with high risk. What state do you live in? Put everything in GODS hands everything will work out as planned.

The doctor said they were non viable because when I had my five week scan there was only two sacs there they said it was to early to see anthing, went back two weeks later at seven weeks and nothing had progressed they were still measuring at five weeks absolutely no change.

Suga18, I live in a South Australia.

I'm sorry. At 7 weeks though, there is still a chance that it was just too early to see anything. I would get a second opinion before doing anything. Hugs, I'll be praying for you.
