Riley -- boy or girl name?

What do you think about Riley? Boy or Girl name?

Riley is technically a boys name. I've always liked it for a boy, and planned on using it if my child is a boy. I have another name picked out for a girl.

I have observed so many people on here using it as a girls name. Some baby name websites are even listing it as a girls name!

Thoughts??

I only know girls with the name Riley. I think right now it's prominently used as a girls name even though it was originally for a boy. I like it for both.

Both. Riley for a boy and Rylee for a girl

Either, but I'd say more boy.

I think it could be for either. I know a boy named Riley and I have a niece named Rileigh.
