Alright ladies with the birth of my daughter my hip dislocated and it was extremely painful. Anyways I was wondering if there's a different position that may prevent that from happening again? With her they pulled my legs back and I was sitting up. My doctor said we will try to avoid it by different positions but what do you think would help?

I've read a lot of women like to birth on all fours.. Sounds weird but whatever works. You're in control of your body and your labor and delivery and if something isn't comfortable then don't do it Hun! Good luck !

this is something i need to look into, but i was reading that if you can incorporate gravity it makes delivery easier.  im going for a vbac so i dont have experience.

Stay off your back and stay out of the hospital bed!
