What are you mamas doing? I ordered my new elliptical yesterday :D. I run marathons, but I don't run while PG. I've been using the elliptical, strength training & spinning. I miss rock climbing though. I need some more ideas for low impact exercise!

Once I get past my first tri (and the weather warms up) I'll go back to walking daily and then back to giving c25k a try.

I don't know how you feel about Yoga, but it is a great while pregnant. I will be walking again when it is warmer out and doing yoga.

I ran while I was pregnant--until 32 weeks. I had to quit because my heartrate got too high while running. I also went up and down the stairs a lot. I have 25 steps leading from my front door to my apartment.

I run twice a week, do a weekly exercise class at my local pool, and have a Gaiam Pre and Postnatal exercise dvd set I use (doing each of the two prenatal videos once a week). I also do a short, easy yoga video off youtube on my days off if I need a bit of a stretch. Out of curiosity, why don't you run when you're pregnant?

I just received a pregnancy video in the mail that someone very nicely sent me so I'm going to start doing that and walking. I'm 28 weeks today so I'm a little late to start, but it's important to me not to gain that muc more weight.
