Where are you feeling them more specifically?
How many weeks are you?
Do you have other concerns (like indigestion, reflux, anxiety, heartburn)?

Ah, Doulala to the rescue! :)

They start in my belly and move up through my chest. They aren't painful at this point, but my early labor never hurt with either of my previous pregnancies. I am breathing through themand not tensing up. I am 38 weeks 1 day.

When you say chest it makes me wonder~  Any possibility this may be gas?
You do know what contractions feel like so I expect that this is what they are, but just ruling out other things...
Are the pains "regular" or time-able?
What about baby's positioning?      Is there are foot pressing into your lungs/nerves that could be causing this?

They are not regular at all, anywhere from 4 minutes to 15 minutes apart. I am able to sleep through them apparently! Lol! Not sure of his position, and he's been quiet today. It almost feels like I am coming down with a cold, but without the sniffles.
