DD and DS2 will both have M first names but it wasn't planned just to share initials. DS1 is a C name. We just chose names that we love and it just so happens that DD and DS2 both have M names. DS2 is due in June.

Mine have the same name start, I didn't do it on purpose, just liked the names.

Not a fan.  I have a very dear friend who is having her 3rd girl and their theme is 5-letter names that start with C.  A few issues with this: 1) they are quickly going to run out of names they like that fit the theme, 2) it's VERY difficult for the tongue not to trip over the similar names (even SHE is constantly calling the girls by the wrong names).

I have Elijah Louis and Ember Lucille.

I love their names. This baby will probably be Ezra Liam or Evelyn Grace.

I grew up with it and find it ok but my son is Xavier so I doubt I'll do that with the next. However in my family girls are M and boys are J. Now this wasn't planned but my moms muddle name is a J and my dads is a M. Kinda cool how that worked out. Also girls have A middle names and boys have M

it could become a pain when they get older. my DH and 2 his brothers have the first 3 letters the same so when one dose a change of address they get the others mail. companies get them confused all the time. calling one trying to get ahold of the other. it is a pain in the ass

All of my siblings and I have names that all start with the same letter.   Mom, usually goes through half our names, and than just says...."You with the face, yeah, you!"

I don't like it. My kids all have different letters.
