Im so confused....

I took two home test and they both said positive, but my doctor said its possible there false since i'm so close to my period. I have had all symptoms...is that even possible?

I would ask a different doc and start prenatals if you haven't already. Good luck!

Erm... you don't get a false positive. I'd be finding a new doctor asap!

Actually there are. If you are taking any kind of medicine with progesterone in it it can cause a faint false positive. I've had it happen before. Some pregnancy tests test for hcg and progesterone to provide a positive earlier than the date of your missed period. Testing for both makes them "more sensitive"

What. Ok i got my bfp 3days before af an my doctor admitted otc pregnancy test are better than his office test

I can see why they would wait till after you miss your period

some tests are faulty. I have had one. I was ticked off.

It's not likely however, so, congrats!

Find a new dr and get prenatals at Walmart or cvs and start taking them!
