I found taking a warm shower helps at night time, and laying my legs on pillows. Hope it gets better for you!

Most horrible feeling when you go to bed...i had it around 12 weeks...and just got it back at 24 weeks i use a pillow or two to pit my legs on and sleep and it helps a lil bit!

More banana's the potassium will help, also stretch your legs before bed, warm bath sometimes will help, massage the legs, heating pad not to hot though, sometimes elevating them for a bit helps too.
