what do you do for nausea?

I have really bad nausea and im trying to get some ideas on how to cure it...other than sleep all the time lol, so im asking you ladies to share what you have done to stop the nausea !!!

I cant seem to find my zofran so im looking for non prescription remedies at the moment but yes zofran does work wonders and also puts me to sleep lol

I called and asked for zofran today. I don't waste my time with other stuff that I know won't work.

I live off of yogurt & ginger ale also soda helps me. Crackers help too.

I agree, ginger ale and yogurt was heaven sent for me. the prescription I received for my nausea was almost $80. so I had to find my way around it. these two things worked wonders

I saw that you lost your zofran, so here are some other things that worked for me. Ginger ale, saltines, preggie pops/preggie drops (all natural) and the sour flavors worked best for some reason. Even if you're nauseated, try to remember to stay hydrated. Good luck!

Zofran worked for me but only for about a week. My body built up a tolerance to it crazy fast. Lick on a lemon or drink water with lemon. Lemons helped me a bit. So did york peppermint patties.
