I was just listening to the baby and I started on the right side and got a nice stead beat then I moved to the left and it almost sounded like a faint second beat...our first ultrasound only showed 1sac. This makes me Alittle nervous but I could of just been hearing my heart.

I can hear your heart beat or it is baby's heart beat being faint.

Yes because you can hear your heart beat. I know plenty of time you could hear baby and my midwife would say and that is yours in the back ground.

But yes sometimes it can be another baby. But I would not worry about it.

Did you count it? If it is fast it could be a echo from the baby. If possible go to where your babys heart is sound is strongest. Then count is beats for one min. Then go to the sound of the faint sound and do the same. If its the same its the babys. If it is slower  ( 70-90ish) it is yours. You can hear your heart all in the womb because it has such rich blood flow.

Its probably your heart beat or the baby. If it is on one side of course its gonna sound faint on the other side but most likely its yours

No need to worry
