They feel like rhythmic twitches. They can get pretty strong. If your baby gets them, you should be able to see your belly do a little jump at every hiccup. :-)

for me they feel like little kicks but they happen frequently (like every 3 seconds for a few mins).
I had never realized with my last 2 babies when they had the hiccups. This baby I was having this little kick but it was about 3-4 seconds apart and kept happening for almost 5 mins and realized this must be hiccups b/c kicks are usually all over and do not tend to last that long.
my DD had them ALL the time! it was so awesome! it feels like a quick kick but happens every minute or so :)
They feel like a little thump that happens over and over in a pattern.
