Did you have irritation from the catheter? It's been 2 weeks and I still have discomfort.

 I never had an irritation after either, you may want to bring this up to your doctor. You can get a UTI from a catheder being in too long.

You could have a uti, I'd bring it up sooner rather than later.

i did for a day, thats all.
you should probably talk to your DR about it, might be a UTI.

Only for a few days but my bladder hurt every time I peed, it was weird...I actually thought there was trauma to my bladder from the surgery but I think it was just my catheter.  Mine was in a whole day or two after my surgery because of the meds I was on to prevent seizures.

Never had a c section but ive had catheters plenrty of times but never had irratation longer then the rest of that day at most. Call doctor asap!

No! I never had a problem going at all after the surgery. I would definitely talk to the doctor about it! That does not seem normal at all.

My bladder hurt, too! That part is starting to ease up. My cath was in for two days. Now it's starting to hurt when I wipe. Maybe my feeling is coming back? With my first section I couldn't feel my bladder for two months, so I just had to put myself on a timer.
