When should you get the hospital bag ready? I'm new to this hospital bag thing because I had my oldest prematurely at 32 weeks and never had a chance to pack, and I'm 25 weeks now, so when do you suggest getting the bag ready and what to bring?

I bought some travel size personal higiene(too early can't spell lol) stuff, I will be bringing comfy clothes. At least two outfits just in case I bleed through one. I only.plan on being in the hospital for a day since this is my third. I'm 37 weeks and won't add the clothes to my bag until I'm in labor.

That's awesome, I really wish I brought that stuff last time I had a shower with only soap and shampoo and no conditioner so my hair was a mess. I sure hope I make it full term so I don't have to rush to the hospital like I did with my son, I always wanted to be home when labor started. Good luck to you!! You're only a few weeks away(:

I put it together when I was in labor.... Lol. There really isn't much you need. And dh was not staying at the hospital. So he could bring something if I forgot. I did make a list though, since I can't remember anything. But it was all stuff I couldn't pack until I left anyway. Like deodorant. Soaps. Things like that.

I got my list ready around 34 wks. Many of the things i brought were things i used regularly, like makeup, toiletries, clothes, etc. So i made a detailed list to go thru and pack once labor started or so that if there was an urgency dh or my mom could pack it for me later.

That sounds like a great idea, maybe I'll just make a list for df incase I do end up going into preterm labor again.
