You should be drinking at least 60oz throughout pregnancy and 80oz in the third trimester.
As much as you can (within reason - you don't want to drink gallons as it would deplete your electrolytes).
At least 64oz a day
I was told by the midwife to drink a gallon of water a day. That's not including juice or milk. I feel like I'm full of water and it makes it hard to eat even though my tummy grumbles every couple hours.
