Hi, this may be tmi but I'm curious about ovulating while ebf. My dd is 7 months and ebf and I think I may be ovulating? My cm was stretchy and egg white like which I have read can mean ovulation but I'm wondering if it could be anything else? Trying to start tracking

Yes you can ovulate while EBF. It can delay it for a while but not forever.

After my first child it took 12 months, I was hoping to get at least that long again lol. We'll see

I EBF my son and my periods and all came back full forse at 4 months. With DD I had medical reason to stop BF. If you've added solids and all that may be why.

I have no idea. With my first, I didnt use any birth control til 6mo and was fine (dont remember when my first period came....? I think soon after that bc thats when I started him on solids) This time I want to do what you are doing too, but I also have no idea. So tell me if you have any good ideas! lol

Is she sleeping through the night? A break of six hours or more can cause you to start cycling again (if I remember correctly).
