how long do i need to hold urine for it to be considered FMU???
i took a test about 4 hours ago but it wasnt FMU and i'd had a ton of water before that... i read that you need to not drink a lot before testing so i havnt drank anything since then... i'm wondering how long i should wait until i can test again... it came back i think faintly positive before but it was SO FAINT it may have been my mind playing tricks on me...

yes dont drink alot and hold for 4 hours ...if you can help it try not to drink anything since you drank alot of water
