Anyone cooking for st pattys day? If so what? My hubby does not eat corned beef even though I love it, but I also don't know how to cook it. It always comes out so tough instead of falling apart like it should. So I guess that's a no go this year. What are some other good things to cook on st pattys day?

Those are two items I have never heard of, ill have to look them up

We normally do corn beef and also do like potatoes on the side an also either like corn or broccoli :) I'm Irish and so is my df so our families go full out

Nothing really.i like corned beef and cabbage!! My 9 month old is half Irish so maybe ill grind her up some lol.:p
