I meal plan all the time. I plan for a week or two at a time.
I'm trying to this time, esp since my only craving thus far has been a simple one that can go with dinner (salad).
I do two weeks at a time all the time. I find it makes supper time way less stressful. During first trimester I had to take a break though because I was having so many random food aversions.
I am terrible. I should plan meals, but lately I have eaten whatever I want. My weight gain is showing it too.
Our daily routine is so hecktic already that i don't even meal plan normally so no. I do try to make better choices though and so far it has been going well. My cravings so far have been pretty healthy though unlike in the past. All I want right now is fish lol
No, not usually, thats pregnant or not though. I just try to eat healthy but that hasnt been working out at times for me!
