Awesome!!
I'm pretty active. I do aerobics 3 x a week , free weights, zumba 1 x a week and walk every morning . I just found out I'm pregnant and I see the Dr on wed. I'm hoping he will give me the ok to continue

I always walked when pregnant. I love going for nice long walks.

I've eased off a bit the last few weeks but now that I've started my 2nd tri I want to get back into it.  For the first time ever I'm excited for the weather to start warming up because I want to start walking/jogging/running again.
