Icy hot

Does anyone know if its ok to rub icy hot on your muscles(to relieve pain) during pregnancy? Could it affect the baby in any way?

I would ask your doctor

It's a chemical being absorbed into your body but im not sure

I have no idea. Does it say on the side? You can always give your dr a quick call to be safe.

My OB doctor said NO. If it hurt too much take tylenol and apply coldy/ warm pad .  Is it releive back pain, I just brought marternity belt and it help to releive back pain .

midwife says it's ok but ty to relieve it by other means like hot/cold therapy

ive used it twice in 35w (hello siting in the car for two hours!)
