Yes, as long as you still have the other tube.

Yes I lost my right tube but it was my first time being pregnant I am 32 so I am just scared but thanks this is great news!

Yes, my cousin just had a baby after losing a tube. It took awhile for her to conceive though.

Yes! Don't give up hope. As long as you still have the other tube you can still have a baby. Good luck!

I was pregnant for the first time November '11 and it was ectopic, lost my right tube and they told me it was full of holes and more than likey my other tube was too. In July they ran dye through my left tube and did a scan - no visable holes and we were clear to try again. This past November I found out I was pregnant again. My baby girl is safe in my uterus :) It is very possible. Best of luck to you, so sorry you had to experience this.

Yes I'm on baby 4 all with one tube. You can even ovulate on the side with no tube and it will drift to the tube that is left. Happened to me! They could tell because if the cyst that happens when u release an egg
