Anything over 120 is considered elevated during pregnacy they put me in the hospital with my first son at 150/99 my liver w8asnt producing an enzyme at the end of my pregnancy but they got it down and was able to leave 48 hours later. Try laying on your left side and drink a big glass of water and check in 30 min.
