how to deal with exhaustion

This is my 5th pregnancy and hopefully my 4th child.  I am 10w1d today and i have never been this tired for this long.  I sleep and rest as much as i can but i have 3 dd's and a full home daycare so it is hard to rest much.   I was tired with my others but not  exhausted 24/7 like i am now.  Is there anything i can do to have more energy.  I keep hoping it will let up soon but it seems to just be getting worse :(.

Just rest and sleep when you can. It's hard to deal with when you can't keep your eyes open, but it will eventually lessen (or hopefully go away).

That sounds like my first. I would just fall asleep. I fell asleep on my feet a few times at work. You just have to try to work through it. I wish I had better advice. I know it's hard with other kids you have to look after and a job on top of it just makes it harder. Just hang in there.
